The Universe | Film by Ian Watt

In his short experimental documentary Watt explores the notion of true experience. He believes that the spirit of youth slowly fades away with time and become dull monotonous tone far from the curiosity of child’s mind. With time the joy of simple moments is replaced by the blaring euphoria where your mind dehydrates and is unable to drink in the moments like it once did. He sees the human body as ‘beautiful structure’ weakened by futility.

every experience starts with a single moment → a spark of inspiration → a sensation → suspension
